Item Overview

Description

Limited Edition Print of 250 on Fine Art Paper. Signed, titled & numbered. The original oil on canvas painting "Blackspot" was created in 2018, inspired by the local wave known as 'Blackspot,' a revered surf spot located at the southern tip of Bundoran on the Donegal-Leitrim border. Surfers have long been drawn to its unique characteristics—at low tide, it offers a hollow, left-handed barrel, while at high tide, it transforms into a long, double hollow right-hander, making it one of the more dynamic waves in the area. A popular location for local surfers, "Blackspot" captures the energy and raw beauty of this ever-changing environment. The print of this painting is being donated to support SumGood, with the hope that it will raise awareness and contribute to meaningful work in the community.
