Important Notice to All Buyers.
Items restricted for international trade under the "Washington Convention" (CITES). Under Japanese domestic law, in principle, such items are prohibited from being taken out of the country. Therefore, taking them out of Japan without proper procedures may result in penalties.
If you intend to take out of Japan any item restricted under the "Washington Convention," you must obtain documentation from the seller proving that the item was acquired before the Convention became applicable, apply in advance to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) for an export permit, and declare the item to customs with the export permit issued by METI. Taking the item out of the country without completing the above procedures constitutes a violation of the law.

All items in this auction must, in principle, be handed over at Waki Auction's location in Osaka.

Invaluable online payment has been launched, and online payment has been supported since this auction. The online payment fee is borne by the buyer, which is 3.4% of the transaction amount, which will be added to the invoice.
