If other arrangements have been made, the buyer must contact our gallery within three (3) days of the auction date to arrange pick-up. All storage fees and invoices must be paid in full to retrieve items sent to storage. Once an item is sent to storage, neither NYC Estate Liquidators nor Expert Shipping Services is liable for it. Declared value coverage goes into effect once pick up or shipping arrangements are made. You must contact Expert Shipping Services at 917-388-2723 to settle all storage fees and arrange for pick up or shipping. If picking up your items from storage, an appointment must be scheduled with Expert Shipping Services at least three days in advance. Payment: - NYC Estate Liquidators accepts the following methods of payment from domestic buyers: cash, wire transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, paypal, and certified check; personal or business check are also accepted from domestic buyers, but merchandise will not be released until after personal and business checks clear. We will charge a $50 fee on all checks returned by the buyer's bank. Domestic buyers wishing to pay via credit card must fill out and return a credit card authorization form, credit cards will NOT be accepted over the phone. Buyer's Premium: The purchase price payable by Invaluable buyers at auction shall be the final bid plus a 25% buyer's premium.
Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to NYC sales tax rate of 8.875% unless a valid resale certificate is presented. A resale tax form must be completed in full prior to time of purchase.
