"Now Sir, What sort of cheese will you have to follow?, Cheddar, as if I didn't know!" Not examined out of frame. Charcoal on paper. There are some creases in the sheet, including but not limited to along the centre vertical and horizontal axis. There is scattered foxing across the work, particularly at the lower part of the composition and at the right of the composition. There is some surface dirt and studio detritus across the works. The works are framed and glazed, float mounted and housed in a simple painted black wooden frame.
