A 20% Buyer's Premium will be added to all items purchased at the auction via phone or absentee bid, 25% if purchased via Invaluable, Live Auctioneers, or Auction Zip. All items are also subject to any applicable state and local sales and use tax unless the purchaser presents a valid sales tax exemption certificate. Unless prior arrangements have been made, all fine jewelry lots must be paid by bank check or wire transfer.

Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to request a condition report on any lots upon which they intend to bid, prior to placing a bid.
