The property listed in this sale will be offered and sold under the following terms and conditions.1.The Auctioneers have endeavored to catalog and describe correctly the property being sold, and catalog measurements are guaranteed to be accurate to within one-half inch. The Auctioneers reserve the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the block at the time of the sale. 2.The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. This includes all bidders, both online and in house bidders. In the event of a tie bid, the house bid takes precedence to the online bid. In the event of dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer shall have absolute discretion. The Auctioneer may re-offer the disputed item. 3.The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bids and/or raise the start price. 4.Full payment of each purchaser's account must be received within 72 hours of the Auction End. AGOPB Inc. does not Ship or Pack any of the lots: Live Bidders On-Line Must Pay Upon Receipt of Email Invoice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks, Business Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Paypal ([email protected]) or wire transfer. No merchandise will be released without guaranteed or certified funds. Out of the contiguous USA winning bidders Must Pay Immediately For The Items and Then Arrange For Shipping, Any Bank Wire Transfers Are Charged $40.00. Items purchased must be removed immediately after each sale unless specific arrangements to hold the item have been made with the Auctioneers. Storage Fees Can Be incurred if Items are not picked up. 5. All Sales are final. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Auctioneers.
