CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
The Auction House warrants the authenticity and conformity of catalogue description with actual conditions.
All statements made during the sale supplement the catalogue.
The Auction House has sole discretion to withdraw any lot from the sale without any consequences.
The Auction House reserves the right to prevent any person from participation in auction.
The Auction House disclaims all responsibility for any latent physical and legal faults.
All claims, which may arise, will be settled according to the Polish law regulations.
Conditions of buying
All items put up for auction are on view in Auction House Gallery and directly before the sale in an auction room. The Auction House suggests to avail this opportunity to examine the items, their catalogue description and actual condition.
Clients who are not known to the Auction House have to be authorized either by submitting the credit card info or provide references acceptable by the Auction House.
The auction is conducted by an authorised person called the auctioneer. The auctioneer determines progress in bidding, settles all disputes and names the Buyer of the item.
The highest bidder is the Buyer.
Total amount for purchased items should be paid within 7 days since the date of the auction.
If the contract shall be broken by the Buyer the deposit and account will be forfeited to Auction House advantage. In such case the Auction House reserves the right to accomplish the contract at court and to charge all expenses to the buyer.
Persons unknown to the Auction House wishing to make considerable purchases are kindly asked to contact the Auction House before the sale to discuss the terms of payment.
We are not responsible for any failure of online bidding resulting from Internet connection failure or software malfunction.
Your bid constitutes acceptance of Agra-Art SA conditions of business.
Your bid is legally binding and enforceable contract.
If you are a highbidder your are obliged to complete the transaction according to terms of Agra-Art SA conditions of sale.
According to our terms you are obliged to pay for your lots within 7 days. You can pay us by bank transfer (our bank details are here), credit card or cash. We do not accept checks, nor American Express cards.
We accept payments in Euro, US dollars but the amount must be calculated in order to equal the value of the invoice in Pln. We use standard conversion rate of the day. We consider payment done , when
our account is credited - the copies of wire transfer, electronical confirmations may not be accepted.

We can send you your items upon your request and on your charge. We use Fedex courrier service for international shipments. Insurance is not included.
Please consider some delays necessary for completing export documents.
The 15% commission (premium) shall be added to the hammer price.
This includes also the VAT tax.
Lots younger than 50 years OR valued less than 10 000 $ can be exported with no fees.
Owever , in accordance to Polish law regulations some lots ( older then 55 years and valued over 10 000 euro) are bound to export licence fee in case of shipping abroad.
The fee is 25% of value of hammer price payable to the Polish Office.
Lots that are bound to this rule will be marked with mention :" Export licence required".
Although each lot is thoroughly examined by professional restaurers, we may not be able to include all informations. Only the most important notices will be included in the lot's descriptions, but we encourage to contact us directly in case of need of more detailed informations (also pics).
