Lots are sold as is. The description of the objects offered for sale included in the catalog should be considered purely indicative, allowing the public to know at the preceding exhibition the nature and condition of the lots offered for auction .
In the event of a dispute or an error in the assignment, the bailiff or the acting notary will, in absolute sovereignty and without appeal, settle any dispute that may arise regarding the auctions during the sale.

In the event of non-payment, Auctions & Collections BV reserves the right to offer the unpaid lots for sale again without prior notice.
