ALL GOODS ARE SOLD "AS IS" "WHERE IS". ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Condition reports in Auction catalog are not guaranteed and may vary in accuracy. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to inspect the goods. All condition reports, measurements, opinion of values, age and quality are offered by the Gallery but are not guaranteed. Neither the gallery, nor the consignor, is responsible for the accuracy of printed or verbal descriptions or its authenticity.

Careful professional inspection has been made in the evaluation, authentication and condition of these items. We are confident in the statements made, however this does not infer any guaranteed of said descriptions. Refunds happily given for any proven negligence.

Ownership transfers to, you, the bidder as soon as the auctioneer indicates the item as "sold."

Payment

Payment is due at the end of each sale. We accept checks, Paypal, major credit cards or debit cards. We reserve the right to hold checks until they clear. Bad checks, fraudulent credit cards of purchases will be reported to the police and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Purchasers who fail to pay in a timely fashion will face immediate disbarment from bidding on all internet bidding sites and will be reported to other galleries. Buyer's who fail to pay will be liable for any lost fees gallery may incur.
All invoices for merchandise must be paid for within 7 days. If not paid within that time, item may be resold or returned to the consignor.

Shipping Terms

We will do our best to assist you in facilitating shipping items. We do not ship larger items in house. All shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. We do not charge additional fees. Please contact us for more details.
