All items must be paid for within 7 days of the auction. After 7 days we will file a dispute against the buyer and online bidding with this provider may be disrupted. We will not remove a dispute until the item is paid in full.

Items shipped by outside shippers must be picked up within 14 days. Items left over 60 days will be considered abandoned to the auctioneer and disposed of with no proceeds to the original buyer. Items left over 14 days incur a $5 per day handling charge. Items will not be released until these handling fees are paid.

RESTRICTED ITEMS: It is the buyer's responsibility to abide by their local laws, including not bidding on or buying items that are restricted in their local area. We will not release a buyer from purchasing an item restricted in their area and disputes will be filed with the online bidding provider for non paying bidders.

REGISTRATION: Online bidders must have a credit card on file with the prevailing online auction service. The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer shall decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again. In the case of on online buyer being awarded an item which was also awarded to a live in house bidder, the item is awarded to the in house bidder. Some lots are offered subject to reserve, which is a confidential minimum price below which such a lot will not be sold. The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: A buyer's premium of 28% of the hammer price shall be added to each purchase to reach the total sales price. The total sales price is subject to applicable sales tax. Complete payment is required in cash, acceptable check, Visa/Mastercard/American Express, or selected online payments (Paypal). In the case of online auction purchases, payment must be received within 7 business days. It is recommended that you use Overnight trackable method to make your payment.

REMOVAL: Items purchased may be removed once payment is made. Items are shipped within 5 days of receiving payment or clearance of check payment. Please keep in mind that because bid position can be unpredictable, it may be possible for another bidder, or another absentee bidder to buy the item for your top bid price. Since we never know your top bid, it is possible that a bidder's final bid will be executed on the next to last increment of the absentee bid and another bidder winning for your max bid, the next bid being over the max bid left.
