(38.1 x 121.9 x 119.7 cm) PROVENANCE Montgomery Ward Headquarters, Chicago LITERATURE Minoru Yamasaki, A Life in Architecture, New York, 1979, pp. 190-192 (for an illustration of the model in Yamasaki's own home in Bloomfield Hills, MI) Minoru Yamasaki, the architect of the World Trade Center in New York, designed this coffee table and used it in his Bloomfield Hills, MI, home and in the Montgomery Ward Headquarters (his only skyscraper in Chicago), both of which were completed in 1972.
