Mason W. Zimmerman (American, 1860-?), "Old Temple at Kawa Kura", Watercolor. 23 1/2" x 16". Signed monogram and dated 1918 LL. Wonderful accessory to Arts and Crafts interior. Exhibition labels verso from the 16th Annual Philadelphia Watercolor Exhibition, 1918; Washington Watercolor Club; and the Baltimore Watercolor Club, 1920. Zimmerman was a member of the Philadelphia WCC and a gold medal winner at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
