Description: 1 August 1916 WIEN. Aktie über 200 Kronen, unissued. orange, grey, black. Formed 1915 by Österreichische Daimler Motoren AG, with a factory at Wiener Neustadt. In 1916 the company was impressed with the German Albatros fighter, and started to build a modified version of it, necessary to combat the increasing efficiency of theItalian Air Force. The planes were in use until the end of WW1. After the war, aircraft production stopped. The company then built car bodies, but in 1927 production was moved to Steyr, and the factory closed forever. Large underprint and border-vignettes of the logo of ÖFFAG. Attractive aviation share and scarce. Rarity 10.
