Folded sheets, unbound as issued in double decorated paper wrappers in a later half calb portfolio with gilt. title label in matching slipcase, with 110 black and white illustrations by Kees van Dongen and with seven pochoirs in colours and the cover illustration in pochoir in colours, printed by Atelier Jean Saudé, Paris. This copy is one of 10 'H.C.' copies from the total edition of 310. Some sm. imperfections, but in exceptionally good condition.
