There is a historic fine crack running diagonally across the lower left quadrant. There is currently no movement in the crack and it appears to be stable, but it could be consolidated to prevent further spreading (perhaps best done from the back to prevent staining). There is a small chip associated to the crack, some minor wear to parts of the edges of the plaque and some surface dirt in places. This work is in overall good condition.
