The four books of Andrea Palladio's architcture...4 volumes in 1, 4 engraved titlepages, 9 engraved illustrations in the text and 196 fullpage engraved plates, of plans, details etc., later full calf, new pastedowns and endpapers, title to first volume laid down, with some marginal tears and staining, slight worming of the upper margins of the last few leaves, plates in the first book somewhat dusty, but generally the plates otherwise in good clean state, tear across page 35 in volume 1 neatly repaired, folio, London: Isaac Ware, 1738
