Patrick Millard (1902-1977), Rural valley scene, crayon, 33 x 48cm.; 13 x 19in. * Studied at Liverpool School of Art, the Royal Academy Schools and Paris, Rome and Madrid. Became Principal of St. Johns Wood School of Art (1931-38) and the Head of Art at Regent Street Polytechnic. Exhibited many works at the Brook Street Gallery, London and the Royal Society of British Artists. Lady Lever Art Gallery, Port Sunlight holds his work.
