On the back printed label of Galería Montevideo and certification by Emma Figari Castro, daughter of the artist, in handwritten ink: "Oil painting painted by my father, Pedro Figari, el Molino de Punta Gorda, where he spent many seasons in that old house full of charm".

the auction. The day after the auction, all winning bidders will
receive
a preliminary invoice which confirms their winnings. Three days after
the preliminary invoice has been sent, winning bidders will receive a
final invoice and all the information they need in order to complete

payment. Winning bidders have 10 working days to complete the payment.

If winning bidders do not complete the payment within the allotted
time,
Zorrilla Subastas will open a dispute with the bidder.
