No guarantee, expressed or implied, is given on the information contained herein. The owners or their agents assume no liability for its accuracy, error or omissions. The Red Barn Auction Company DOES NOT accept any phone calls/emails relating to condition of the items, bids, etc…AFTER the auction begins. Due diligence is the complete responsibility of the Bidder and Bidders are completely responsible for their own bids. Catalogs and On-Line Description are meant as a guide only. It is bidder's complete responsibility to understand all terms and conditions BEFORE Bidding. After 7 days all unpaid items are considered abandoned and become property of the auction house. Non Paying Bidders be placed on bidders record and WILL NOT be removed, in addition, bidder will be band from participation in any future auctions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you have questions about the merchandise the time to ask questions is well in advance of the live auction. No returns are allowed. Merchandise should be removed from auction premises no later than five days after an auction is complete to avoid a storage charge of $5 per lot, per day. We accept PayPal. You will be emailed an invoice within 2 days noting your purchases with shipping & handling charges. We DO NOT have your cc info on file. YOU MUST call our company with your cc info or pay via paypal at [email protected]. Payments must be received and cleared prior to items being shipped. If you do not call our company within 3 days of auction end non payment feedback will be placed on bidders record and WILL NOT be removed, in addition, bidder will be band from participation in any future auctions.
