The Premiere Pan American Art Auction benefits emerging and established artists of Cuba, Central, North, and South America through the non-profit Society for the Advancement of Latin American Art, (SALAA)
located at 237 SE 7th Av Delray Beach Fl.

SALAA acts as agent for the artists and sellers, the contract being made between buyer and seller. The authenticity is guaranteed as stated. The artwork is sold "as is" and if unable to preview the work, the potential buyer may contact the agent for complete report of condition. We and the consignor shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages incurred or claimed. Do not hesitate to contact us for any information you may need to assess the lots.

Buyer's premium: in addition to the hammer price, the buyer agrees to pay a 10% tax deductible buyers premium donated to the Arts Garage, a not for profit organization. Florida sales tax of 6% may be charged.

All lots offered are subject to a reserve and the auctioneer has the right to reject the final bid if less than the reserve price. At our discretion we can reject a bid if the validity is suspect, execute absentee bids or accept on line bidding. At the fall of the hammer, title of the offered lot will pass to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer and such bidder will assume responsibility, and will pay the full purchase price. All purchased art must be paid for and retrieved or shipped by 14 days after the sale.

These conditions of sale and terms of guarantee will be governed by, constructed and enforced in accordance with the laws of State of Florida. All bidders must submit all bank and/or credit card information at the time of registration to be able to participate in this auction.

In order to bid, you must register for a paddle. You may bid in person at the Arts Garage or you may submit an absentee bidder's form or bid on line live at www.fordfineart.com/auction . If you win the bid, you may not take possession until the work is paid in full and if by check, when the check has cleared. We may be able to assist with delivery but are not responsible for arranging delivery; the buyer shall pay all shipping, handling and insurance on items mailed.
