The company bought the already existing Residenz Hotel from Max Zernik and Emil Löwy located on the Tauentzienplatz. Later became a cinema and finally demolished in 1929. Very attractive border. Breslau is Silesia's most important city, it was even the 3rd largest city of Germany before WWII, with 650.000 citizens. After the War, it became part of Poland under the name Wroclaw. Extremely rare.
