Condition Report

Oil, plaster and sand on plywood. There do not appear to be any signs of retouching visible under UV light; however there are some areas of fluoresence in the upper semi-circle relief, pertaining to adhesive which has been used to stabilise some cracks. There are a few further cracks in the middle semi-circle relief which are stable. There is some paint shrinkage visible in the red pigment. Overall the relief elements are well preserved and this work is in good condition.
