Rudolph Belarski was a highly regarded illustrator of action adventure and pulp fiction. His work often appeared on the covers of Argosy, Wings, and many other magazines as well as pulp fiction books. In the 1950's. he turned to camping and fishing for which he had a great fondness. and painted a number of covers for Outdoor Life.
