Unusually fresh plates of this important and very rare publication. Copy from the heirs of Barend Limoenman (= Lemon Man) who changed his family name to Citroen, still a well known Dutch jeweller (Schaap & Citroen). But world fame came from another industry after Barend Citroen's son went to Paris and a French teacher put two dots over the 'e' in his son André's surname. André Citroën founded one of the most innovative and legendary automobile companies, with a little help of his grandfather and his teacher.
