Description: ALL: Cal. 22 LR. All have tubular mags (unless otherwise noted). 1) WINCHESTER MODEL 63. S# 7086. Mfg. 1935 w/ 20" bbl. & factory sights. Top of receiver w/ 2 non factory drilled & tapped 6-48 plugged scope mt. holes. Rear tang drilled & tapped for sight having regular plug screws dropped into holes w/out engaging threads. Grip area hobbyist checkered w/ bottom of grip having carved playing card spade symbol. Left midpoint of buttstock has intertwined "WA". CONDITION: good to very good overall appearance. Forend w/ appearance of refinish; lacking sheen & area of handling marks near front on left. Numerous light marks throughout buttstock. Very good metal finish w/ some slight pinprick oxidation & an occasional sm. scratch. Gray patina appearance to nosecap & worn finish on operating rod. Near excellent bore. (18-385/NW). CURIO. 2) MARLIN MODEL 99 M1. S# 22394229. Mfg. 1964-1978 having appearance reminiscent of USM1 carbine. 18" Bbl. w/ band front sight; missing rear. Grooved receiver w/ Bushnell Sportview 4X15mm duplex reticle scope & rings for grooved receiver. Monte Carlo stock & carbine style handguard. Front bbl. band w/ swivel; also on buttstock. Cobra style sling. CONDITION: good plus overall appearance. Light mold spots on sling. Light marks & high point wear on receiver. Very good appearing bbl. Occasional rub marks & loss of sheen to areas of stock. Rear tang of trigger guard broken; remaining portion functional. Very good scope & optics. Near excellent bore. (18-405/NW). MODERN. 3) INTERARMS / NORINCO 22 ATD. S# 425506. Mfg. 1987-1996 by Norinco as takedown w/ 19.4" bbl. & patterned after Browning 22 Auto. Checkered walnut hardwood stained stock set. Bbl. sights similar to Browning & also drilled & tapped at rear for Browning scope base. CONDITION: very good overall appearance w/ some light to moderate marks on stock set, especially butt. Occasional spots of pinprick oxidation & near excellent bore. (18-498/NW). MODERN. 4) WINCHESTER MODEL 77. S# 165958. Mfg. 1955-1962 w/ 22" bbl. Replacement sourdough front sight & standard rear. Factory grooved receiver w/ Weaver B4 crosshair reticle scope in N mt. Plain walnut stock w/ Winchester logo buttplate. MAGS: 1 factory 10 rd. lightly worn w/ patina. CONDITION: good overall appearance w/ light peppery oxidation mostly on receiver plus faded appearance on bbl. Stock w/ numerous handling marks, scratches & finish voids. Very good plastic trigger guard assembly. Good plus scope exterior. Optics cloudy but usable. Near excellent bore. (18-506/NW). CURIO. 5) MARLIN GLENFIELD MODEL 60. S# 22335922. Extremely popular semi auto w/ 22" bbl. having standard factory sights. Walnut stained hardwood pistol grip, Monte Carlo stock w/ checkered buttplate & stamped checkering patterns. Alloy trigger guard & grooved receiver. CONDITION: good to very good overall appearance w/ peppery oxidation occasionally on bbl. & somewhat more on mag. tube. Light wear marks around ejection port & grooves of receiver. Rear tang of trigger guard broken but still functional. Very good appearing stock w/ minimal marks. Near excellent bore. (18-560/NW). MODERN. 6) J.C. HIGGINS MODEL 31. NSN. Mfg. approx. 1960's & 1970's for Sears by Hi-Standard w/ 24" bbl. having factory sights. Grooved alloy receiver w/ Weaver B4 scope in N mt. Crosshair reticle. Unusual sporter stock set having white line spaced grip cap & J.C. Higgins buttplate. Wide semi beavertail forend w/ panels coming back over sides of receiver & finally overlapping into pistol grip area of buttstock which has self retracting bright red nylon sling; aluminum end attaches to bottom of mag. tube retaining band of bbl. CONDITION: very good overall appearance w/ some faint pinprick to peppery oxidation spots on bbl. & an occasional faint mark throughout stock set. Bore & optics near excellent. (18-573/NW). MODERN. $800-1200 for lot.

Payments: 8. PAYMENT: All items are to be paid for in American Funds the day of the sale. We accept Cash, pre-approved checks, Visa, MC, American Express, Discover & wire transfers. All items must be paid for in full before being removed from our facility. All fees associated with the cost of a wire transfer or bank check are those of the purchaser.

A letter of reference from your bank is recommended to those who have never done business with us before. The auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by checks that have not been pre-approved, until we can see that the check has cleared the bank. It is our policy to hold merchandise on all first time buyers until check has cleared the bank. Our bank has recommended 10 business days. This enables the check to clear the bank & if it does not, then it gives them the time to notify us via mail.
* There will be a $25 fee charged for all returned checks.
* Third party checks are not accepted.
Note: Delay in payment, means delay in shipment to you. Delay in shipment to you could mean you lose all possibility of a return, so please make a prompt payment. Speediest form of payment is Credit Cards or Bank Checks. Personal or Business checks from first time buyers will hold the shipment up for 10 business days until checks have cleared the bank. This could jeopardize the warranties of the descriptions if the shipment exceeds 18 business days.
9. OUT OF COUNTRY BUYERS.
9A. Payment must be in the form of either Wire transfers or Checks drawn on United States Banks. Credit cards are only accepted for the shipping process, NOT for payment. All fees associated with the use of a wire transfer is the responsibility of the purchaser. This includes the $25 fee that Poulin Antiques & Auctions, Inc. is charged by their bank for the international wire transfer.
9B. The payment by wire transfer or bank check qualifies the purchaser for a 2.5% deduction on their Buyers Premium.
