Bidding on any item indicates the bidder's acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
1. All sales are final, NO REFUNDS.
2.All property being sold is "AS IS".
3. Lots will be paid for in full by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, or check.
4.Buyer's Premium is 23% for credit card sales and and 20% for cash or check sales.
5. The high bidder acknowledged by the Auction Firm shall be the purchaser of that lot. The Auction Firm is the sole determinant as to who is the successful bidder.
6. All items that are purchased by online bidders must be paid for in full within 4 business days of the auction. An invoice will be emailed to all AcutionZip and Invaluable winning bidders within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Big South Auction House reserves the right to hold all purchases until checks or credit card transactions have cleared to the satisfaction of Big South Auction and its bank. All items must be paid for after the auction ends and before being picked up unless approved to pay with cash or check at pick up. If payment has not been collected within 4 days of the auction, credit cards will be automatically billed.
7. Items being picked up at Big South Auction House or items being shipping in North Carolina are required to pay North Carolina sales tax of 7%. North Carolina sales tax will not apply to items being shipped out of state. If you have a tax ID number, you must provide proper documentation in order to not be taxed.
8. If declared the winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property offered. In the event of any failure of the Buyer to comply with fair practice, such as stop payment with maintaining of lots purchased for longer than 7 days thereof criminal action will be taken.
9. All goods guaranteed as described to best of knowledge.
10. The auctioneers and owners are not responsible for the correct description of any lot or for the genuineness or authenticity of the property comprising the same or for any defects therein, and they also make no warranty or representation connection therewith. No sale will be set aside nor will any liability be assumed on account of any incorrectness in description, error in cataloging imperfection not noted in the catalog or made orally at the sale. All goods will be exposed for pubic exhibition and will be soled "as is" and without recourse and no deduction will be made for damaged articles.

Bidders are responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. Bidder should NOT bid if they are unsure of what they are bidding on. Once you have won the bid you have effected a contract and WILL BE expected to pay for this item. Do not place a bid that you are unwilling or unable to honor. If you have questions about an item being auctioned, please contact the Auction Firm before bidding.

Accepted methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or check. Currency is in U.S. Dollars. If you are an absentee, phone bidder, or online bidder and have won an item, we will charge your credit card immediately or please contact us to make different arrangements. However if full payment is not received within 4 days, your credit card will be charged automatically. If you plan on paying with cash or check in person when picking your items up, please let us know before the auction closes because your card will be run automatically otherwise.

WE DO NOT SHIP FURNITURE. Other items can be shipped. Please contact Wais Nesser at the UPS Store via phone 910-762-2150 for shipping arrangements. All packing and shipping of merchandise will be at the risk and expense of the buyer. Pick up of items won and paid for will be at Big South Auction located at 3911 Market Street, Wilmington, NC 28403. Please bring your own packaging and additional help if needed for loading items. All removals must be complete in a professional and tidy manor within 7 days of the sale. We are not responsible for accidents.
