-Please bring own lifting equipment or extra hands for the heavier lots especially outside garden items as no assisstance will be provided by our staff.

All goods must be removed by close of business Saturday 15th February, unless prior arrangements have been made with our office.
Postage must be arranged before Wednesday 12th February - 4pm, once you have paid your invoice simply email us at [email protected] 'Postage Required'

Registration and Bidding:

1. All intending purchasers are required to register online through our HIBID or Invaluable platforms.
- Visit our website at www.yvauctions.com.au.

- First-time online bidders must select "Log in/New Bidder" and follow the prompts.

2. Ensure all personal information is accurate (name, address, email, and phone numbers).

3. Registration approval will be verified by our office staff before bidding can commence.

4. Bidding Methods: Online, absentee, and phone bidding only.

- No live attendance.
- Absentee bids to the Auctioneer close at 4:00 PM AEDT, Friday, 7th February.
- The auction will be livestreamed through our HIBID & Invaulabe platforms for the convenience of online bidders.

5. Yarra Valley Auctions accept no responsibility for your actions in bidding, pressing an incorrect button, bidding the wrong amount or on an incorrect item or computer hacking.

Terms of Sale:

1. No items are for sale prior to the auction, and no items may be removed without the auctioneer's approval.

2. The purchaser will be the highest bidder.

- Any disputes as to the highest bid will be resolved by the auctioneer.
- In the event of a tied absentee, phone, or online bid, the lot will go to the online bidder.

3. All items are sold "as is, where is", with no returns accepted.

4. Purchasers are encouraged to request more information, photos or videos. Due to the content, limited space and security onsite viewing is not available. Most of the Anime/Super hero figures have already been packed away into their orignal boxes so no extra photos, videos etc. can be supplied for any of these items..

5. Measurements are in centimetres and are approximate measurements only.

6. All Chalkware items due to age are sold all faults as expected.

Responsibility of Items:

- The buyer assumes responsibility for their lot from the time it is "knocked down" (sold).
- Please bring own lifting equipment and extra hands for the heavier lots. Outside tems are heavy!

Payment Terms:

1. All invoices must be settled by 4:00 PM, Wednesday, 12th February.

2. Payment options include:
- Cash
- EFTPOS
- Direct deposit (preferred; allow time for funds to clear)
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
- American Express (3.5% surcharges applies).

3. No items will be removed without a paid invoice. If using a third party for collection, they must present a copy of a paid invoice.
