GUIDE FOR BUYERS
Shipping is available for all items. Photos should be considered as a part of the description.
We advise all bidders to read the Terms and Conditions of the Sale before bidding with Millers Auction Co. Those who bid are bound by those Terms and Conditions of the Sale, as amended by any oral announcement or posted notices, which together form the contract of the sale between the successful bidder (purchaser), Millers Auction Co and the seller (consignor) of the lot.
TERMS OF SALE
When bidding on any lot offered by Millers Auction Co, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following Terms of Sale:
CONDITION OF ITEMS
Millers Auction Co makes every effort to accurately describe all items offered in its sales. However all items for sale are "as is,". It is the bidder's responsibility (present or absentee bidders) to determine the exact condition or authenticity of each item. Millers Auction Co will not be held responsible for typographical errors. All measurements of items are approximate, not exact. These measurements are in inches.
SST = Single Sided Tin

SSM = Single Sided Masonite
DST = Double Sided Tin
DSP = Double Sided Porcelain
DSA = Double Sided Aluminum
DSM = Double Sided Masonite
If there is a tie bid between the Internet bidding venues, including Artfact, Invaluable, Auctionzip or eBay, and the floor, the floor bid takes precedence.
Bid increments listed are a general guideline. Actual increments are at the auctioneers discretion.

RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed necessary due to a dispute. If there is a tie bid between the floor and Internet or absentee bid, the floor takes bid precedence. Ownership of all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer's hammer. The buyer will then assume all risk and full responsibility of the lot purchased once ownership has changed.
A 15% buyers premium will be added to all successful bids and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase cost. 10% of this is for Millers Auction Co, 5% to Artfact LLC (auctionZip).
All buyers will pay Wisconsin sales tax of 5.5 % unless a valid Tax Exemption Identification is on file or presented at time of purchase. Items shipped out of Wisconsin will not pay sales tax. Please present a copy of your Tax Exemption Identification at the sale, or at the time of leaving an absentee or phone bid. Internet bidders should mail a copy of their Exemption certificate, prior to the auction.
All merchandise must be paid in full within two (2) weeks of the date of the sale. Absolutely NO returns will be accepted , all sales are final. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks/ certified checks, money orders, and cash. Make checks payable to: Millers Auction Co. Millers Auction Co reserves the right to hold items paid for by personal check until said check clears. Millers Auction Co has the right to hold all checks over $2,000.00, unless a letter of credit is provided from the bank. Note: Customers who have an established successful buying history with Millers Auction Co may be exempt from this. Call 715-299-2543 to pay your invoice by phone.
Note: There will be a $30.00 service charge for returned checks.
In the few situations where a successful bidder does not remit payment when due, please note that Millers Auction Co will proceed with the legal steps necessary to protect its interests.
After 4 days of receiving an invoice, we will charge your credit card if we have not already received your payment.
Packaging, shipping, and insurance on items will be available to successful bidders.
Most items will be packed by us. Some items that are unusually shaped or require special packing will be taken to a 3rd party shipper. Items will be shipped seven to fourteen business days (7-14) days after payment is received and or cleared. All Sales are Final, No Returns will be accepted. Every effort is made by Millers Auction Co to accurately describe each item. Photographs should be considered part of the description.
KEEP IN MIND THAT THE SIZE, SHAPE, WEIGHT, DEGREE OF FRAGILITY, ALL FACTOR INTO THE COSTS OF SHIPPING.
