Australia's national environment law, the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, regulates movements of animals, plants and products to and from Australia. This law prevents the export of items such as vintage ivory or coral.

International buyers are advised that we cannot ship animal or plant products, such as vintage ivory or coral, out of Australia.

As such, international buyers should not place bids on items that cannot be exported from Australia.

As per our terms and conditions, buyers must organise their own cartage and packing of purchases.

However, for a packing fee plus the cost of packaging and delivery, Raffan Kelaher & Thomas can post smaller items to buyers.

We reserve the right to refuse to pack any item which we deem unsuitable for delivery or which can not be packed safely.

For domestic shipping; we use Australia Post's Parcel Post service, which includes tracking and delivery within 4 - 6 business days.
Insurance and signature on delivery is available for an additional charge.

For international shipping; we use Pack & Send. Buyers are responsible for all import/export paperwork and fees. Please contact us for more information.
