Two Similar Chinese Gilt over Powder Blue Glazed Covered Vases
19th Century
Each of ovoid form rising to a short neck and domed lid with bud-form knop, painted in gold with two dragons in pursuit of flaming pearls between lappet and scrolling lotus borders, repeated on the lid. Height 12 1/4 inches.

Condition Report
Some variation in color, one vase is darker than the other, one lid is more saturated than the other. Light gilt wear on both. One with iron spot.

PAYMENT

BUYER'S PREMIUM
Doyle New York charges a premium to the buyer on the final bid price of each lot sold at the following rates: 25% on the first $100,000 of the hammer price, 20% on the portion from $100,001 through $2,000,000, and 12% on that portion of the hammer price exceeding $2,000,000.
TAXES
Applicable sales tax will also be added to the final total. New York Sales tax is charged on the hammer price, buyer's premium and any other applicable charges on any property picked up or delivered in New York State, regardless of the state or country in which the purchaser resides or does business.
