Terms and conditions of auction, sale, payment and delivery for auctions and private sales. The following terms and conditions of Bossard Auction House apply to all auctions, the sale of auctioned goods after an auction (post-auction sale), the free sale of goods (over-the-counter sale), exhibitions and the brokerage of goods.
The auction house Bossard - possibly represented by an employee or agent - auctions in its own name, but voluntarily and on behalf of and for the account of the client, who remains unnamed. Excluded from this are own goods which are specially marked. By submitting a bid or a written purchase order or by participating in an auction in person, in writing or by telephone, the following Terms and Conditions of Auction, which also apply mutatis mutandis to the sale by private treaty of auctioned items before or after an auction and also to the consignment and processing of items for an auction, are expressly and unreservedly accepted.

AH Bossard generally ships as a parcel and exclusively at the risk and peril of the successful bidder. This also applies to the smallest or individual items, as only then are the goods automatically insured. We regard the transfer of the shipping costs as a shipping order.
