The highest bidder shall be the purchaser. The auctioneer shall be the sole judge of who was the highest bidder.

Payment Terms

(a) Payment will be paid in full by way of cash or credit card and include buyer's premium of 25% inclusive of GST. There will be no charge for using Master Card or Visa but a charge of 1.5% will be applied to Amex.
(b) All payments will be in Australian dollars.
(c) The purchaser shall not collect goods until payment is made in full.
(d) Goods must be collected and paid for by 4.00pm Thursday following the auction.
