24" x 30", signed and dated. He studied at the National Academy of Design and the Connecticut Art Students League. Patty worked in Connecticut early in his career, so it is reasonable to believe this is the location of this work. He exhibited at the Connecticut Association of Fine Artists and the Brooklyn Watercolor Club; and then in California, at the Laguna Beach Art Association.
