款識︰山中夜讀陰符罷，虎嘯一聲山月高。

丁未冬寒，為樑年先生雅正。少昂。


鈐印︰「少昂」、「生于乙巳中和節」。


來源︰二○○二年四月得於香港


上款︰「樑年」即劉樑年，福建福州人，早年任職上海海關，雅好文藝，結交吳湖帆、張大千、徐悲鴻等名家。抗戰時隨國民政府入川，勝利後移居澳門，復徙香港，積極舉辦藝術活動，專注收藏，與趙少昂、張大千等畫家往來尤密切。
