Some coins may have a grade on the package or sleeve or in the listing/lot title and this grade IS NOT to be relied upon, unless the grade is by a Certified Grading Company. Some grading companies do not guarantee their grades. Therefore, bidders should educate themselves about legitimate vs illegitimate grading services. Participation Requirements: A current and valid Credit Card is required for bidding approval.

Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and wire transfer using We Pay. Currency Type: USD only. You must pay once your receive your invoice for items purchased using the secure payment button included on your invoice. Payment will be due within 3 business days. There will be no partial payments allowed.

Payment Instructions: Payment must be received within 3 business days after auction ends. If the buyer fails to pay within those days, he/she is responsible for any loss or other fees or damages incurred. After 3 days, we will charge the credit card you have on file with Invaluable or Auctionzip for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, shipping and handling charges. A $25 service fee will be charged to any account whose credit card on file is declined requiring additional time and/or telephone contact to establish payment for merchandise or shipping. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted when they register to bid. This is to insure good communication between Auctions & Appraisals of Illiana, LLC and their agent(s) and the bidder throughout any transactions. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds.
