Hampton House accepts Cash, Personal & Business Check, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Master Card, Visa and Wire Transfers. We will also accept gold bullion equivalents, but will not take small children. Should the total invoice of a bidder exceed $2000.00, either in a single object or total account, we require check, personal, business, or cashier's - cash - or wire transfer for payment, credit cards will not be accepted. No item(s) will be released for pick up or shipment until full payment is made and cleared.

Shipping

A. SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR LARGE ITEMS : Shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Our staff my assist but is not responsible for packing, handling, or shipping your purchases. Invoice must be paid in full before orders will be shipped. Funds for payments made by check must clear before order can be shipped. Items are shipped in the order that full payment is received. Your shipper will be required to produce identification and authorization from you to have your property released to them as your agent. You the buyer of any large item or furniture must provide your own Shipper/ moving company

IT MAY BE WISE TO CHECK SHIPPING BEFORE BIDDING!!!!!!!!!!

B. SHIPPING COST IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. All domestic buyers are required to pay the proper shipping and handling cost including Insurance, and International Buyers are required to pay the proper International Air Mail Delivery Cost. All items Shipped Outside the U.S. Will Be Declared At Full Value For Customs. Hampton House Auctions Is Not Responsible For Any Additional Customs/Duty Taxes That May Incur. Local Buyers May Also Pick-Up Items Directly. Buyers Of Larger Items, ie: Furniture, should contact us prior To Bidding And Arrange Carrier Service / Pickup.

C. HAMPTON HOUSE WILL SHIP ANYTHING THAT FITS IN A USPS FLAT RATE MAILING BOX OR 12X12X12 BOX WITH WRAPPING FOR SAFETY.

D. Shipping is the responsibility of the successful bidder to arrange. Hampton House is not the shipper for large lots or furniture. We do recommend a number of areas shippers who will pick up directly from the auction house. IN THE CASE where a purchased item(s) can be packed safely in a U.S.P.S Priority flat rate Mail Box the auction house will consider working with the bidder to ship their purchase. This is at the auction house's option. The cost is the USPS rate for Priority flat rate box, a reasonable handling charge, and insurance on the parcel. Insurance is not an option.
