Cedarburg Auction Company and Heritage Estate Settlement is bringing you a very special estate
auction out of a Victorian mansion on 31st and Kilbourn.
This collection has literally filled this four story home and features everything from architectural
items to art deco to art nouveau. 20th Century modern to Mission to Frank Lloyd Wright to country
collectibles and period furniture and so much more. Over 250 pieces of quality art, paintings and
pictures. Due to the large volume of this auction we are bringing in national award winning
auctioneer Eli Detweiler to sell the contents in two parts.
Original artwork by the following artists: Rene Charles His, Franz Von Persoglia, F. G. Grust,
Elizabeth Murray, Edward Onehowski, Augusta Denk Oelschig, Robert Spaulding, Chandler chalk
drawings and 25 other chalk/pastel drawings – this is just an initial list. Frank Lloyd wright designed
pieces to include screen door off an Oak Park home, leaded and stained glass windows, student
chairs and tables from the 1950s purchased at Taliesin in Spring Green, Wisconsin, plywood
experimental pieces purchased at a sale at Spring Green and other stained glass and oak pieces
attributed to Frank Lloyd Wright. Large selection of Mission, Arts and Crafts accessories and
