The buyer grants DuMouchelles a security interest in the property and DuMouchelles may retain as collateral security for the buyer's obligations to DuMouchelles, any property or monies held or received by DuMouchelles for the account of the buyer. Payment will not be deemed to have been made in full until DuMouchelles has collected funds represented by checks, or, in the case of bank or cashier's checks, until DuMouchelles has confirmed their authenticity. Buyer agrees that a 1-1/2% per month late charge will be imposed on the total purchase price if payment is not made in accordance with all of the conditions set forth herein and agrees to pay any returned check charges that may be incurred.

Friday features fine art from artists including: Marguerite Pearson (Amer. 1898-1978), Bartholomeus Johannes Van Hove (Dutch 1790-1880) and Henry Parker (British, 1858-1930). Fine jewelry including a 18kt yellow gold, cupid pendant with crystal heart; a14kt yellow gold and amethyst necklace. Decorative objects consisting of a beautiful WMF German silver plate centerpiece depicting a Venetian gondola and gondolier. Porcelains including Chinese vases and chargers, Capodimonte child figures by Giuseppe Armani. Middle to late bronze age pottery pieces from Israel. Early Egyptian bronze Amulets and an Eskimo carved stone female figure along with native American and African tribal art including carved masks and figures. Furniture items including a collection of Baker pieces consisting of a coffee table, bedroom set, bureau plat and a dining table and chairs, to name a few. Firearms including a Winchester U.S. Model of 1917, .30-06 cal. bolt action rifle and bayonet, a Belgian Browning ‘Superposed Grade 1’ over and under 12 gauge shotgun and a Spanish 12mm percussion cap reproduction pistol. Carpets including, Kerman, Bokhara, Sewan Kasak Caucasian and Navaho. Assorted fire place screens, tools and andirons. Lighting fixtures including a leaded glass hanging shade and lamps. Cut glass table lamps, brass floor lamp and chandeliers. Gold coins including U.S. Liberty Head $10.00 coin and Indian head $5.00 and $2.50 coins. Finally a large antique doll collection including two Leo Moss African-American composition dolls, c1911; a rare group of Schoenhut dolls, c1911-1930, also Kestner and Armand Marseilles.
