We DO NOT sell or share personal information collected through cookies with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Sensitive Personal Information

We do not use cookies or similar technologies to collect sensitive personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA (such as precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, or financial account information) for purposes other than those strictly necessary for the operation of our site.

How to Submit a Privacy Rights Request

To exercise any of the rights described above, please email us at privacy@invaluable.com. You may also use the Cookie Preference Center above to manage your consent preferences directly.  We will respond to verified requests within 45 days. If we are unable to fulfill your request within that period, we will notify you and may extend the period by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary. We will not charge a fee unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Appeals: If your request is denied, you have the right to appeal our decision by emailing privacy@invaluable.com with the subject line “Privacy Rights Appeal.” We will respond to appeals within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may escalate to your state Attorney General.
