Invaluable is a marketplace of independent auction houses and galleries. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled differently from seller to seller.

For Buyer
Invaluable provides auction houses and galleries with a platform to sell their items. In general, each seller on Invaluable sets their own policies regarding refunds and returns. These policies are displayed in each seller’s terms and conditions. When you purchase from an auction house or gallery, you are buying from a unique business, and not from Invaluable itself. If there is a problem with a purchase, please contact the seller directly first.

ex. Can you send my order to a different country? Can it be shipped faster? What is the cost of shipping? - Policies
