Creating a free Invaluable account is simple and will allow you to: participate in Live and Timed auctions, access complete upcoming auction catalogs from trusted auction houses around the world, send messages directly to Invaluable’s auction house partners, receive email alerts for upcoming lots that match your interests, and search the past 12 months of auction price results.
To register with Invaluable, just follow these steps:
- Click the Sign Up link at the top of the page.
- Enter your email address and password, then click Create Account
- Enter your personal information on the registration page, then click Sign Up
- Set up keyword and category alerts now and click Finish, or click Skip This Step
- You’ll see a message confirming that your registration is complete!
If you are getting an error message that says “Please enter a valid email address”, please confirm that you have typed your email address correctly. If you’re entering your email address correctly but are still getting this error, then you might already have an Invaluable account registered to that email address! You can try logging in as a returning user instead, or follow the steps below to reset your password:
- Click the Log In link in the upper right of Invaluable.com
- Click the Forgot Password? link.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click Request Info.
- If Invaluable has an account that corresponds to that email address, you will receive an email with a link for you to click on to reset your password.
If you already have an account with Invaluable and are getting an error that your email address or password is incorrect, please click Forgot Password to receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
If you requested a Forgot Password email and received an error that no user is registered with that email address, please click Sign Up in the top right to create a new account.
If you already have an Invaluable account and are having trouble signing in, please follow the steps below:
- Click the Log In link in the upper right of Invaluable.com
- Click the Forgot Password? Link.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and Request Info.
- If Invaluable has an account that corresponds to that email address, you will receive an email with a link for you to click on to reset your password.
You can change the password for your Invaluable account by following the steps below:
- Sign into your Invaluable account using your email address and current password.
- Click on the user icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
- Navigate to My Account > Edit Profile & Email Preferences.
- Enter your new password then click Save Changes.
You can update the personal information in your Invaluable account by following the steps below:
- Sign into your Invaluable account using your email address and password.
- Click on the user icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
- Navigate to My Account > Edit Contact Info.
- Make any necessary updates and click Save Changes.
You can update the billing and credit card information in your Invaluable account by following the steps below:
- Sign into your Invaluable account using your email address and password.
- Click on the user icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
- Navigate to Subscriptions > Edit Billing Info OR click the Billing Info link in your dashboard.
- Select a card that you have on file and click Edit to make changes or click Add A New Card to add new credit card info.
An auction house will file a dispute if you won an item during an auction and have not made payment. When the dispute was filed by the auction house, you would have received an email notifying you of an unpaid item reminder. If you cannot find an email about this, there should also be a copy of the message in your Invaluable message center.
As disputes are filed by the auction house, you will need to to contact the auction house directly to resolve the dispute or unpaid item.
If you have tried to contact the seller by email and phone but have not heard back, please contact us for further assistance. We will contact the seller on your behalf to request an update. Note that dispute resolution is at the sole discretion of the auction house, but we will assist you in communicating with them about it.
Information that you’ve updated in your account will be provided to auction houses that you register with for future sales. If you’ve updated personal information required by an auction house that you have already registered with, please contact the auction house directly to confirm the most up to date information.
To change the renewal method of a current paid subscription, please follow the steps below:
- Sign into your Invaluable account using your email address and password.
- Click on the user icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
- Navigate to Subscriptions >Subscription Info
- Select the option to turn auto-renewal on or off and click Save.
If you no longer wish to have an active Invaluable account, please contact our Customer Care team. We can unsubscribe you from all emails and place the account on hold. Should you wish to use the account in the future, you will need to contact us again to re-activate your account.
