Meet The Team
Rob Weisberg joined Invaluable in October 2012 and brings over 20 years of consumer marketing and Internet technology experience to the company. Prior to Invaluable, Rob was Chief Marketing Officer at Zipcar, where he led the company to 760,000 members and through its 2011 IPO. Before Zipcar, Rob was Vice President of Multimedia Marketing at Domino's Pizza, where he launched online ordering. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester.
D.J. Charles joined Invaluable in April of 2013 and brings over 20 years of technical Interactive, e-commerce and enterprise mobility experience. Prior to Invaluable, D.J. was the CTO at Perillon Software, provisioning high-volume SaaS-based systems for global companies. Before that, he served as Chief Architect at Intuitive Manufacturing Systems/SupplyWorks, where he developed e-procurement and shop-floor replenishment platforms for the retail and automotive industries. He has also contributed to technical solutions for hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies worldwide. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University.
O'Neal Rowe is Invaluable's Chief Revenue Officer, where he leads the sales and marketing teams. In this role, he is focused on growing both the supply and demand sides of the marketplace, while building the Invaluable brand. Prior to Invaluable, O'Neal was Director of Marketing at Zipcar, where he was responsible for new member acquisition and engagement across traditional and digital media that grew to over 750,000 members over a five year period. Before Zipcar, O'Neal was Director of Global Brand Marketing at The Timberland Company. O'Neal holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
Lou Haberman is Invaluable's Executive Vice President of Finance & Operations, where he manages the company's finance, accounting and customer care teams with a focus on operational excellence. Prior to Invaluable, Lou served as the VP of Finance at InsightSquared, a SaaS provider of analytical tools, as well as the VP of Finance at Fiksu, where he helped grow revenues from early stage to over $100M. Before that, Lou was the VP of Finance at BuyerZone, which was acquired by Reed Business Information in 2007. He holds an MBA from Bentley College and a Bachelor of Arts from York University.
Beth Beiriger is Invaluable's EVP of Product Management, leading product, design and UX strategy across the company's three web properties. Prior to Invaluable, Beth was the Director of eCommerce Product Management at Shoebuy.com (now Shoes.com) where she led the organization through a complete rebuild of the site and the launch of iOS and Android apps. Before Shoebuy, Beth led global mobile development for Staples. She holds an MBA from University of Massachusetts Boston and a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University.
Scott Miles is Invaluable's Vice President of Sales, leading the global sales team to grow the company's relationships with auction houses around the world. Prior to Invaluable, Scott was Senior Vice President of Sales at Live Auctioneers, where he spent 10 years overseeing all sales and retention activities from start-up requirements to scaling the business globally by rapidly growing the client base. Scott also has held senior business and operational positions with multiple large regional auction houses. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts from Susquehanna University.
Rod Funston is Executive Vice President, Auction House Systems at Invaluable, where he is responsible for auction house systems and business development. Rod has been designing and developing database applications for the fine art and antique auction house businesses since 1987, and merged his company, RFC Systems, with Invaluable in 2006. Prior to joining Invaluable, Rod developed back office and internet systems for many of the world's leading auction houses including Phillips, Doyle New York, Tajan and Bonhams.
