Invaluable offers the right rescind any lot won at auction that is forged or otherwise counterfeit or fraudulently misrepresented. Please reach out to the seller within 48 hours of receipt of the item.​​

For all other refunds, returns, and exchanges terms may differ from seller to seller. Please review the seller’s terms and conditions found on the item details page and also in the terms and conditions during registration.​

For Buyer

Invaluable provides auction houses and galleries with a platform to sell their items. In general, each seller on Invaluable sets their own policies regarding refunds and returns. These policies are displayed in each seller’s terms and conditions. When you purchase from an auction house or gallery, you are buying from a unique business, and not from Invaluable itself. If there is a problem with a purchase, please contact the seller directly first.
